if you layoff certain engineers involved in quality on ISG products issues that are hidden to customer you will find paying off much more, blame on you ELT guys.
DELL/Lenovo/HP We all use the same ODMs to manufacture our products.
You can say it’s declining but the same factories are pumping out the same products across the industry. It’s just different plastics and logos that separate us.
I know a lot of people that have moved from DELL to Lenovo/HP/Acer. Their customers say the same things. X companies quality is slipping and they’re going to move DELL.
You can face quality issues at any company and then use that as an excuse to pivot.
Amazing how customers suddenly have issues when it comes to refresh/contract negotiation.
Threaten a vendor move to sweeten refresh costs and eat into margins.
Customers are noticing this. I've heard a few comments comparing Dell to the competition. It wasn't positive for Dell. What does anyone expect when you keep firing people.
@bb+1jvknaeq2 name 3 where quality beats competition like Apple, Asus, Acer or Lenovo .. not even comparing ISG
Nonsense, Dell product quality is excellent!
BS Engineering DQA rubbish too.... micromanagement and burning people out
