We are currently in selectively RTO enforcement but half of my group do not need to comply! What is the standard of selective? One colleague I know never came back in office, offline most time and got promoted to director then switched to most desirable team. This is the kind of people Citi managers value?

I came to this board. i am the not employee. I have worked several place. Corporate America is going down the hill with Nepotism in hiring and promotion and sh---y raises.
Why do you care? Does misery like company? Leave people alone and mind your own affairs. Golly!
Please give us an explanation so we can continue why we contribute more and comply and siove problems / improve process never get title or raise if you can or Citi do not care!
