Will QA Review Nurses be affected on VA contract?

We were sent a message that several nurses had been contacted by the “Labor Board” on Friday asking questions. We are running out of work before 8 pm and I know time cards from 4 past pay periods are being audited. Does anyone know if the nurses on VA contracts will be affected ?

"Labor Board " is probably the National Labor Relations Board . You need to clarify, though .

The labor board contacts people when there is a legitimate complaint and the company violated wage regs like some government contracts especially if you handled customers from California, you have to follow their wage laws. UHG is notorious for not following the law. Like having people work till all hours of the night, having people clock out or not clock in while you are signing in. All that is illegal . Part of your job is signing in so those 10 or 15 minutes before u signed in are payable.
