The next town hall is for finance with Denise is 5/20. Not sure about everyone else, but I don’t feel good about this. I hear a few WRS employees have left not sure why but decided to leave the company. I am at the point I just wish they would let us go the stress is ki-ling people. I know most of us are actively looking for other jobs but if they laid us off we could file for unemployment and atleast job search without the toxic Medical Solutions group work environment. The fakeness and false hope is disgusting. Hate what this company has done to hard working people. Shame on MSG. Best of luck this coming week in the hunger games.

@nf+1jvhs1pr0 She didn’t provide current head count. She doesn’t share numbers like she used to. They don’t want anyone knowing how miserably failing they are right now. She just said down 4% in clinicians.
Headcount down 4%? What’s the current total?
@m3+1jvhs1pr0 some people who left is probably WRS A few have left is my guess. Bumps in the road is management failure.
That was so fake today look over here not there. Down 4% in clinician count since March. Doesn’t sound good at all. Sounds like Denise and Company know nothing about business. Each month it’s a loss. Sounds like they need to do more than outsource to pay lower wages. Sounds like all American workers will be laid off by end of July and what’s left after. At this point we just sit back watch it crumble until we get our notice. They did this to themselves we know now it is nothing we have done it’s poor management. Funniest part of meeting is the employee who added WRS to the town hall thinking they accidentally left them off the invite. Denise looked very uncomfortable. That was funny. Make sure you get your yellow belts. Yeah that’s what your employees are worried about Med Sol?!?! Women empowerment not for these women in c suite they are not so bright. We are watching you fail.
So in other words, stated that most people will be laid off in July and possibly the following months thereafter since there's no completion date. Reading between the lines, WRS will takeover majority if not all positions as soon as July. Sounds absolutely horrible.
And well yeah. People are leaving. You'd be crazy not to be looking around at this point with all the info people now know of what is happening and what will be occurring.
“Bumps in the road”?
Wonder what that means. Denise mentioned that “some people have left” resulting in said bumps and that the “majority” of the offshoring to WRS would be in July, but wouldn’t give a completion date. Otherwise it was just a typical finance town hall.
Please update here after the finance town hall. I’d love to know what they’re saying in there. I feel like all we hear is how great everything is going and how “we’re hiring” only for people to get calls days later with a layoff notice lol.
