Executives are putting immense pressure on the entire TU team just to present favorable numbers to the board. The OneTru platform is deeply flawed, yet there's a push to migrate all applications to it under highly unrealistic timelines. Teams are regularly working 12-hour days to meet these unattainable goals. This rushed transition is compromising product stability and maintainability, ultimately diminishing the value delivered to customers. If this trajectory continues, TU risks becoming an acquisition target for companies like Goldman Sachs, Equifax, or Experian in the near future

@37q people are vibe coding and what not ! the scale of innovation and the speed with which they GTM is amazing. SaFe is dead - but we are investing more and more in these processes and following Agile like it is Jesus' truth.
@jt Product Vision is hilarious. I am from the Engg side and there are these multiple hour long calls where they plan the PI readout and such - nobody from Engg even goes there.. what are product folks doing - ? Write epics and put some numbers for those ? Jira, Agile - project management stuff busy busy work with literally "military" style language and handling of things - that isn't goign to bring product thinking. Product thinking needs growth mindset, not jira friggin optix show !

OneTru and OneDev are an over engineered and brittle mess. This is not going to end well.
In every other org with India/US/EU presence, alternatively the meetings would be in India evening or US evening - this is the only org where GCC folks are treated like slaves !

The people in GCC working crazy hours too - standard 14-15 hours going to burn everyone out in GCC - US just dumpin work on GCC - they sign off on time, folks in GCC doing ungodly hours - karma/Jesus gonna come and bite y'all in the a$$ - the ones doing this. jus dumping unattainable targets on teams including product teams.
OneTru was built by developers for their whims - it was not built on top of requirements from business.
onetru is dangerous and has no governance or meaningful operational or systemic controls.
