WF is moving most of their jobs from the US to India.
@OP No. Wells Fargo has one good credit card and that is the Bilt World Elite Mastercard and they are trying to offload the Bilt card from its portfolio. Meanwhile Chase is the industry leader in terms of credit cards. They are now in advance talks to take over the Apple Card from Goldman Sachs. I see a huge upside by sticking with Chase.

Stay away from WF. It's horrible. It's only getting worse as the Chase rejects pile in. Terrible, toxic work culture. They'll just send your job to India eventually anyway. They want 30/70 USA / India split. Does that sound like a nice environment?
I work for WF in Cyber. The compensation/health package is good but there is toxic leaders just as there is everywhere. Layoffs continue the Tuesday after payday and there posting positions only in certain core locations. Most WF technology positions are being pushed out to India. Its a sh%t show here!

Why WF is such a “magnet” for Chase ppl?
I’ve done both for 10yrs plus each. Wells does a good job rewarding the individual but also could care less about you once they get what they need, Chase definitely doesn’t pay individual contributors as well and is more of a commune but takes a little better care of its people… oh and chase isn’t under constant audit scrutiny like wf from all the scandals lol!!
Tons of JPM employees are lvg for wells
If you don’t mind moving to India it’s great!
