Twice a year we get asked if we would go above and beyond for the company. Clearly Medtronic won't go above and beyond for us. Do us a favor, just send the survey to executives and have them answer the questions. They are the problem.

Years ago there was a question along the lines of "I 'm satisfied my pay is competitive" or something like that. really bad scores. companys responnse - question was poorly worded and confusing, no action required.
our director claims that no trust in leadership is actually no trust in executive team but not him
The survey is not anonymous. Fill it out at your own risk.
Have the execs fill out the survey ? Hah. Nice thought but it will provide nothing less than glowing results. Everything is A-OK by them, milking the cash cow. Probably could not be much better from their perspective. Until the following year when they can rinse and repeat yet again. What a great "career".
The ratings this year were so bad, I received a basic email "Please review this years OHS numbers" Embarrassing at best.
We are in GM's Trueman Show aren't we, totally maddening :/
Not to mention, it's "anonymous" but upper management will contact your manager and subliminally ask them why you selected the answers that you did.
The OHS should be done straight after the RIFs and not before. They know what they are doing don't they!
The OHS is ridiculous. They have us take it twice a year and it almost never improves. Management is clueless on what to do to improve the results. They tell their direct reports that they are the ones that need the fix the problems and wash their hands of any part they play in the decay of the organization. It's a total and complete joke.
I have been around long enough to have seen that very first OHS come out. Year after year management says “we’re going to do better. We’re going to fix this”
Not once have I ever seen a meaningful and lasting change take form.
It’s meant to give the plebes a false sense of a “voice”.
Go for it. Fill it out. Don’t hold your breath
