Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Who has experoence with legal counsel at Ford?

There are regulations related to the code of conduct Ford+. If it is violated, one must report about it. Does anyone have any experience on this matter? Is it possible that even legal representatives, who are supposed to protect the company interests and avoid scandals, be involved in corruption, by protecting corrupted people?
Is someone really doing his job correctly and rightfully at the company?

This would never happen in model e. I will not elaborate further due to falsehoods ganging up. Just understand that this is typical disinformation campaigns across different forms of social media aiming to discredit the mission. FNV4 was a setback. Things happen. What we can control is what happens next. Past is the past. No point in stressing about the past. If corruption is something you see… use appropriate channels.

@a1+1jvdp6vsz how come the company interest is in protecting corrupted people? I agree, if it is about a system being protected but the company is suffering. Bad seeds can only give bad fruits or even be infertile. The numbers speak for themselves..

Personally, I am going to retire soon or maybe getting the sack in the next round. Just waiting for my paycheck, but all documented stories on corruption and people leaders and HR are shared with a journalist and an influencer. Everyone should do the same with these hypocrites...

Careful! They might blackmail you and take stock of vulnerabilities and then use psychological warfare on you while acting like they care! The people in HR and management are legit desensitized from normal life. I haven’t seen virtue signaling like Ford in my entire life. They know they are frauds too with how they update their policies and rewrite history… wiping wrongdoings under the rug by saying “past is the past” and “move on”. These guys are so pathetic all for the name of advancing their careers and looking perfect. The dissonance is real, and they know it too.. they just hide it. They are not your friend. They are only as loyal as their last meal. And if you didn’t feed them last, expect no loyalty!!!!

@a1+1jvdp6vsz this. If you’re in a bad situation try to get out, if you can’t internally, try to find a new company. Keep your head down, don’t make notice or draw attention… and get out of your situation without sharing exactly why unless you want a target on your back. Bite the bullet by getting out by not being a big moving bullseye

Keep your mouth shut unless you want your career ruined and to be fired. HR and Ford legal is there to protect the company. They are not your friends. If you don’t like what is going on, don’t get involved and leave the company. Do not report anything unless you want to be retaliated against.
