Phillips 66 has pleaded not guilty to unlawfully dumping wastewater in California.
Come on Phillips, just own up to what you did and do better in the future.
And while you’re at it, settle with Propel for what you were found guilty of doing to them.
Quit always trying to get by with stuff!!!

People plead guilty all the time. A lot of the time it allows a person or entity to get a better deal than would otherwise if they dr-g it out.
Lol, why would you ever plead guilty?
They’ve been made to look silly again. Phillips 66 tried to have Lake Charles Refinery valued at $408 million but a state of Louisa tribunal says it must be valued at $1 billion.
Which there’s nothing wrong with wanting to pay lower taxes, we’d all like to pay lower taxes.
The thing is, P66 relied on press releases instead of sales receipts.
I kid you not, this is a story in Bloomberg.
So we now have not only a poor legal department but a poor accounting department as well.
Legal head she needs to either resign or let go. Worst legal advisor ever. All she cares about is her image and writing long list of her qualifications justifying on LinkedIn almost feels like self assuring justification in reality even deep down she knows that she is not fit for the job. Regardless whether she is a DEI hire or not … not qualified to run legal matters for fortune company.
"Willful and malicious" should be the new company slogan.
Is this the best P66 Legal can do? Really?
