And this is the problem Medtronic created - especially with their work from home policies.
Really, why put in full effort when the project gets cancelled, your job is moving to India or your boss is just doing a tour in your department to move into a different division.
Yes, there are some roles that are more direct to the patient, but those were never work from home anyway.

If I quit, I miss out on a severance for 15 years of service. I will find something else now that I realize I feel this way! I didnt realize how unhappy I was until the possibility of being laid off arose.
