And HR is trying to spin this as something amazing — as if gaining back one hour of commute time is a huge gift, meant for us to “reflect and meditate.”
Seriously?
If the company truly appreciated its employees, they’d offer a day off like they did during the pandemic — or at the very least, a week of remote work.
One single extra day? That’s not appreciation — it’s borderline insulting.
