How do they expect us to work in this environment. All the good hardworking people are gone. Only the egoistic self-centered managers who think they can get a job anytime they want or who don’t have a problem if laid off are there. 2 of my team members got laid off last year. And then a couple of other people left. The team size is half of what it was when i joined the team last year. Feels like I’m next in line.

Intel managers are in for a rude awakening if they think they are going to easily find comparable work and pay anywhere else. Intel on the resume is pure poison.

There's a great depression headed. If you have prepped enough, then you can drop out. WW3 is just getting started.
The point in working is to continue to receive a paycheck. How you manage that is up to you. Do your best, do your worst, do just enough to keep your job. Or, if you don't like any of those options, move on to another job.

The point of you working is to make the line go up for shareholders. Get back to work, junior. Daddy needs money for his next s-x vacation in Thailand.
Send the managers to ukraine. They must volunteer on the frontlines.
