LR have began, track via WARN

Good place to see if notifications sent to federal government. Officially no, but LRs have began.

Track it here and share what you find

Cisco has become exceptionally adept at layoffs. You might even say it’s their best product offering!

They won’t give advanced notice to state labor boards for WARN. Notifications go out to employees on a certain day. They’re given an exit date 2+ months beyond notification, which satisfies WARN reporting. They might report it afterwards but at that point, everyone already knows.

So I wouldn’t spend any time scraping that site hoping to get early insight.

Do some research... WARN is only required when laying off a certain percentage of your global workforce.

How is California for LR, don’t they have to put warn notices?

Day after earnings is always the most dangerous time being at Cisco.

Employees must take mass time off VTO in sych to extend their severance deadline.
