I will not be on the next or next one. Learn how to play this MS game or game over. Don't be d-mb and put 100% into work. Take at least 20% or more of your time focusing on things to not be on that list. It's isn't work. Work results do not pay.

agree with the other post. Stay under the radar, just go with the flow with management and you never have to worry about layoffs. Works for me and ended up with a few promotions the few times that I just tagged myself to a several successful projects.

20+ years and still going strong. Needs to play the politics to survive the MS game and even get the promoted a few times after many layoffs' cycles. Why work when you can cruise. Work smarter and not harder. If I am ever out, my bank account is fat, in great shape from daily gym and relaxing routines. Don't sell your health out for money.
