To prep for the next round of layoffs - now:
- Review the company name on your paycheck & compare with your (US) Secretary of State site. Your “company” is likely run by a 3M employee/lawyer.
1b) record all phone calls w/ hr & your manager on private cell
- Find an employment lawyer not on retainer with 3M. Once laid off Sue for pay late after last day (1k/day), failure to follow WARN, and BH press “disparaging” as posted roles are at lower price point. Pain & suffering for being made to believe you were an employee when you were on loan with end date from 3M
- civilly sue anyone who overloaded your work & disparaged you-ceiling lifted here for $ mn in 2024.
- Stop believing your manager was just as surprised as you. The “boys club” loves talking about frazzled women-even those who have 20 yrs experience w/ “friends.”
