More layoffs coming but different this time
There are more layoffs coming but this time they'll be more quiet and will be slowly replacing people with cheap Indian labor. Have your backup plans in place!

Several sources within the company have now said that all new hiring must be in India or the Philippines per CEO Burklands directive. Any hiring in the US must be approved on an exception basis. The consulting group that Burkland brought in before the last round of layoffs and paid exorbitant amounts of money too, recommended the following:
Layoff 4% of staff
No new hiring in the US
Hire ONLY in India and Philippines
Replace up to 10% of lower level positions with AI
Encourage non essential employees to find another job
Sell the company before year end
The smart money is that there will be a sale before year end, so explore other job opportunities while you still have a job and can choose.
