AGREE - POOR LEADERSHIP AND LACK OF CONCERN FOR THE EMPLOYEE
Can anyone comment how they are doing these? Reorg's, individual targeting, or performance? Have they changed severance and exit packages?
poor leadership leads to continued layoffs...another happened last week in Fort Worth...wouldn't trust this company for anything
