If you understand the acronyms, this post is for you. You think that you are lucky that they decided to push back SMP for the NPM? They didn't push it back, they have decided to shut what is left of the NPM down in the near future. If you are an FR without an SMP field area, they are coming for you. Those remote installs that Jason and Josh talked about today, those are for your field area. Remote installs, Hybrid FRs and huge field areas are the way Nielsen is steering.

We ALL need to reach out to MRC, which I did already. this is about ethics Nielsen is taking shortcuts these install that are being signed abroad are incomplete and inaccurate. JUST search all media, buyers and sellers for Paramount Disney Fox, and they will give you the person of contact. They are selling cr-ppy data for the sake of not paying US employees..
That honestly may be the only way to save our U.S. jobs at Nielsen. If all the big clients raise concerns on a flood of emails coming in about data accuracy due to outsourcing to Mexico and India, Nielsen may change their tune real quick about firing all their U.S. employees.
Someone get us a list of the big clients and post it here.
Simple: everyone here goes in and submits an anonymous compliance and ethics concern to every single one of their big clients. (Someone will have to post them here. I’m thinking ABC, Fox, Disney, Netflix, etc).
These anonymous options will be available on their website: or you can submit a concern to their compliance email, which should be available under the privacy notice.
Tell them firsthand your concerns on data accuracy from Nielsen due to the official full outsourcing and disregard of experts and leadership at Nielsen. Do not come as a griping, laid off employee, but instead, a concerned citizen that you have witnessed the false data being sold to them as a client, and you hope to let them know.
Their compliance officers there will pick it up and raise he-l to their leadership. Reputation is money for them.

All they care about is profit margin. Not market share of the ratings business. Not quality. Not reputation. Equipment, staff, real estate.....all drain profit margin. Therefore need to be gone.
Their plan will fail. I see firsthand everyday the terrible work being done in Mexico. Interims/tcus are falsified constantly. If I was a client paying for this bs data, I’d be furious. Unfortunately the contact center is ran by some total mo--n JM. Guy is your top rated pu--y that doesn’t have the ba--s to tell leadership above him their plan is failing. Company will go under within 10 years.
The writing is definitely on the walls for MRs/FRs… Nielsen is looking to shave off any excess fat and they consider fully staffed field teams to be exactly that. When they realize their brilliant plan lands them in hot sh-t with the MRC and clients, they’ll be scrambling to find and train all new field and ROC teams. Mark my words.

But what the OP wrote is the news coming out of the MR side of the business. I'm unsure if the news is true or if the MRs are just mad over their side getting cut so hard a few weeks back.

I'll add that if you're involved in anything SMP, don't think that you're special. They are going to train the offshore people, and you will be gone eventually.
