Onboarding is training our WRS replacements and being overworked and stressed to the max just to eventually get laid off. We have to do our every day jobs while training people over seas that just don’t understand the job
MedSol is going to destroy their own company with this move once people realize who they are talking to they aren’t going to want to work with them

There was 2 sites in the beginning of the layoffs in 2023. But this is the main thread that people have stuck to. The other site hasn't been used since 2023 so they might have taken it down and just kept this site up for people to use since the other one was inactive for the past couple years. The main thread everyone has been using is this site. If you Googled "Medical Solutions Layoffs" the second thread used to show. But when I just tried to Google it, the second thread doesn't show anymore. So, I'm thinking the original person who created the site took that one down and kept this one up. I was always curious as to why their was 2 different threads, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Just to clear that up!
@f3+1jv8v1fjd I am unaware there was and other layoff site. Anyone have info on this?
What is the other thread for medical solutions layoffs
Unfortunately, I saw that coming and mentioned this on another thread a few posts down. That was really the quickest way to train and transition was if people trained their own replacement before departing. I'm so sorry! I know clocking into work everyday and knowing you're having to train someone who will overtake your position must be extremely difficult.
I do agree that this will be another reason for the company downfall. Just keep your head down, do what you have to, and collect the severance at the end of this. You're owed the severance for all the BS everyone has been through.
Again, I'm so sorry. The amount the anger people must be feeling right now is unimaginable.
