Indeed there will be many layoffs in the OI department end of June-July. As the reductions will affect many departments and products. Just how UHG/Optum says “will be a realign of operations and business.”

All sneaky risk scoring that Optum insight is doing is gonna come out. Get out while you can.
Now the time people. If you want to help get the creeps under control. Any thing that seemed sleezy should be given to the JD. They are reorganizing because they are trying me to hide the skeletons.

I resigned from Optum Insight on my own the manager was so rude and unwilling to train having constant unorganization and unnecessary meetings talking about the same thing over and over it felt like the twilight zone and matrix combined! I had a huge argument followed by a write up he emailing me aggressive bullying type emails which I’m going to EEOC about they don’t train about nothing and expect busy coworkers to give subpar half azz training good riddance I already feel better leaving that toxic environment!!
The OI team is divided especially with Change.If anything change health crew will have a cut as well.
Will Optum Advisory be hit with RIF?
They silently reorged my department from OH to OI, so I definitely believe this. I work for OH but GSS has me listed as OI now.
I heard that tech enablement team is reorg-ing next week
