The recent outage can all be traced to Franks cuts and slashes. Period! Talant gone. Resouces gone. Folks with bad attitudes do to Franks actions. I'm done for the day no matter what practice (yes during the P2) brought on by Franks mandates. Fiserv is its own enemy now thats to Frank and his minions.

I used to keep my work laptop open even during the weekends. I'd hop on calls at 10 or 11 PM to talk with my coworkers in India. There is no way I'm working a minute more than I have to now. I make sure I'm badged in for exactly 9 hours.
Luckily with Sapience and all the other nanny checks, my computer runs like complete po-p now. Many times I can't even share my screen via Teams because my processor is maxed out. I easily waste 30-45 minutes a day due to performance and other issues related to the nannywear. Easy to hit those Sapience numbers when it takes 5 minutes to join a call and your keyboard is super laggy so you're typing everything twice.
