COB, Subro, Entry and M&B were hit in this round with those positions being taken by Cognizant outsourcing. Wouldn't be shocked if another round comes in October again. Premera is trending towards being primarily an outsourced to India and Philippines company. At least the execs get their 6-7 figures salaries and annual 10% bonuses

Premera is ALL show and ZERO substance. Jeff Roe is automated with his "how much we care about our customers and employees." As long as his pockets are getting full.
VPs get two bonuses per year - for annual and long term goals. They’re doing quite well. And yes more layoff are coming in ‘26 although I’ve heard they may have been too aggressive this year so perhaps fewer than planned? McKinsey made the rounds a couple of months ago so who knows. And IT/OPS will have a new EVP soon who will probably make changes.
Their bonuses are much higher than 10%. I’m guessing it’s 20
