Shares could be given to all employees and those laid off? Always thought the workers should own the fruits of their labor.
It takes a long time to build a good reputation, and an instant to earn a bad one.
But there’s nothing like the threat of white-collar workers joining a union to force Ford to play nice.
Uhh. Henry Ford was a terrible human. It’s in the company’s DNA.
His family should be stripped of their ownership and shares given to those who were laid off.
