Mostly older gen but they mix in a few minorities and younger employees to keep from getting sued. Ford got their as--s sued off in 2019 for age discrimination. 2022 and 2023 they had learned a lesson and mixed in a few non white males.

I was young when I stared at Ford. A year out of college. I heard the stories from the older folks, those that were in WWII and Korea and Vietnam. Companies have always been cold and ruthless and cruel. The Vietnam War era folks complained about the oppressive WWII-era folks, and crushed the GenXers. I am in GenX age group and we were always too young and inexperienced for the Baby-Boomers. But now that the Baby-Boomers are pretty much gone, we’re too old for the Millennials.
Things don’t change.
The point is, you may survive into your 50s and 60s. How do YOU expect to be treated when you reach those years?

@a4+1jv7sdxx5 right. Nobody in ford model e has ever done anything past unethical to the prime of criminal activity that warrant prosecution from the court of law. It must have been another young gen z that was responsible. Tolerant tyrant. No justice. No accountability. Got it.
