To poster who got severance paperwork and then they reduced amount.......you mean their signed agreement detailing the amount??? Dude, contract is a contract! Sign and return it, notarized and copied for your records. Hold them to it!

A coworker was terminated one day before work anniversary. That one day cost that terrific pro a week of severance. Cold.

My favorite part was being told I was getting X weeks of severance and sent the documents and then got another HR meeting invite where they advised they made a whoopsie and I’m getting less than what they previously advised. Good times. Wouldn’t be Nielsen without a huge fu-k up that benefits them.

Wonder what our clients and the MRC would have to say about Nielsen firing their US based staff and replacing them with half assed work that’s outsourced to save money and pad the pockets of execs here at Nielsen.

It was one short Mass meeting. JM read the script like a good little boy then ended the meeting in less than 10 minutes. Everyone has different termination dates

You should be actively looking to find another job. If your number hasn't been called yet....It will.

Best to start looking while you still have a paycheck coming. The market is very bad right now and you don't want to get laid off and then start trying to find a new job.
