Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

Let’s look out for each other

oohdit just said we should look out for one another lmfao.

I’m in a living he-l of a job with a manager that doesn’t care one iota about my well being. Horrible bosses since the failed reorg have ruined my personal and professional life.

Show us compassion oohdit and leadership team. Don’t just make it a pithy bullsh-t line in a town hall.

Waters su-ks

What failed re-org? It worked like a charm. Pretty sure the entire production leadership team is gone, just as Carpou wanted.

It’s frustrating when team successes are credited to the group, but failures unfairly blame one person. This unjust double standard distorts teamwork, lowers morale, and erodes trust in leadership. Accountability should be balanced, with recognition and blame shared equitably across the team.

Guess the GCC/India didn't appreciate the remarks to their "Booming in India" nonsense post. Noticed it's gone as well lmfao

Not surprised the india move post was removed almost immediately. What's the point when some employees already know.the leak is out.

Yeah, look out for each other…Who has been looking out for us the past 5 years? Certainly not the executive team or HR. The company has literally taken money out of our pockets while waving it on our faces. We don’t make news for our scientific advancements anymore, everything is focused on Wall Street and how much profit they can bleed from us. I’m going to look out for myself and leave this nightmare of toxic behavior. And guess what leadership? After you’ve alienated all your employees and they’ve shared these stories all over the internet, you’re not going to find suitable replacements wanting to come to Milford. That pool will dry up - just like your reputation. I guess you’ll just ship more jobs to India then. Good luck.

The only happy people at the town hall seemed to be his Indian cronies.

Maybe udit said let’s look out for our Indian colleagues?

I don’t agree with the thought that it’s not Udit to blame. IMO he’s surrounded himself with “yes people” who know that they aren’t qualified to have their jobs anywhere else, so they do whatever he says to hang on as long as they can - the rest of us be damned. He’s making all the decisions.

With this leadership team, it’s all show. Let’s applaud each other in public in front of the minions. I ask myself is Udit the problem or is it the sh---y SVPs and VPs ( ie JP)? And I answer the VPs to the CEO is the problem.

Fire them all and let the veterans run this great company.

These brutal town halls are ultimately a failure of our communications team for not recognizing (or refusing to recognize) the state of the company. Either they are completely ignorant or just totally inept. How do you work at the same company and somehow not know your audience? That’s the last town hall I ever attend.
