July 17th has been mentioned as the next big RIF which is 2 days after estimated 2025 Q2 earnings report. The pattern fits with past RIFs.

I would be shocked if OH isn't hit hard. They've ready hired 75% equivalent of my dept in the Philippines and have been adding them to all our projects. They also silently reorged us to OI.
They have 55k people globally as of the end of 2024. 24k in the Philippines alone.
