Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Dominik Metzger is an id--t

That's all I have to say. No leadership ability whatsoever. Can't even hire his entire team to get them in place. It has been 5 months.

I agree that this comment is childish and, to be honest, embarrassing for the original poster.

We can do better. We should do better.

Sorry Folks, this kind of communication is not ok. I dont know Dominik but calling out colleagues as i...ts is simply poor and childish. There are plenty of things which can be improved at SAP. The same might be true for Dominik or Germans but I always appreciated that SAP employées have a certain level of education and respect for each other. These kind of comments are under the line and i dont See anything constructive in it.

Has anyone also noticed in the end the Germans always lose.

Hold on now... He's German, so clearly he's a natural leader and its impossible that he is an id--t. I mean... c'mon!

SAP has always followed while ignorantly claiming to be leading and setting trends. Has anyone else realized that you don't really have to do anything all day because your managers are also not doing anything all day? They probably don't call anyone out because they don't want to be called out themselves. I think RTO may have been a solution for that but everyone is even less productive at the office because it feels much better to gossip in person.
