India ExxonMobil office is 100 times more humane and sane then Houston crazies. You really need to step out of this bubble to see how cult like people act in EMHC.
India is a constant revolving door. Whole model is built on assumption of low cost not retention.
Serves them right. Pay people 3rd world salaries until Capitalism does its thing and then you’re left with no engineering at all. Our new hire attrition for engineers in the US was 6 years until we farmed them to BTC. Now it’s 3. I hope they have nobody.

Doesn't matter which company hires from us as the local employees treat the workplaces like revolving doors. A lot of them don't stay more than 2 years anyway.
Am loosing one to BP this week. Been with EM for ~ 3 years, BP office gets them closer to their family...
