@ek - so basically you are saying…
“Don’t …. Don’t believe the hype” wiccky wiccky (record scratches)
Intel 7nm, 4nm, 3nm all failed in past 10 years. Thinking skip all of them and 18A will be successful, is this reasonable? If Intel believes it, will others believe it?
Why Intel is surprised with this? It is very obvious, 5 years passed, no node is ready.
Stop fooling yourself.
None of this matters anymore. ARM is in laptops now. Sell everything, pack up your sh-t and leave.
I don't believe OP trusts anything Dave says.
The industry looks at Intel like as aging highschool football player. Sure he was very good at one time but now he's just a blowhard nobody constantly talks sh-t.
Hard to believe the whales ant coming in. lol Hay everybody. We have new machines for fab. We don't know how to run them or if they will even produce usable yields and they may require a silicon alternative that don't yet exist. But hay....Build your chips at Intel.
Supplies are limited, better act now!
There have been ample opportunities for our executives to read the room. Nobody wants to do business with Intel? "Who wants to do business with a bunch of di-kheads"

CFO is telling the truth. It is good for him to say it, rather than mislead the public.
Frito Lay is interested...
No 18A is totally good guys. The whale is inbound
They seem to be pushing the break even and profit dates back every 2-3 months - what is going on with IFS?
Intel Corporation is our ONLY customer...LMAO...
