No way. Intel is the most polluted, corrupted and inefficient environment. It is damaging people’s health. No one wants to go back.
Back to work. Immediately 5000 gone rest will be grade 9 10 and 11 guys and about 25% Vp cut . After site closure another 3k. Doubt more than that. Good luck.
OP, if you mean an exodus from layoffs that is more than likely going to happen. If you mean exodus from people just leaving, I don’t think that’s going to happen. People like to talk big about leaving because they have some grievance against Intel, but usually it’s all talk and no action.
Maybe McDonald should put an extra sign "welcome Intel employees and big bonus” to attract these massive chip talents to join their potato empire
