Matt asked today for all folks to be all in - I get it. It’s a reasonable expectation provided it comes with the upside - he wants to keep all the upside but he wants everyone to work all in while paying people less than market wages. What a greedy delusional man.

The request, in itself, is not unexpected. However, if Appian's C-level executives and leadership were genuinely committed to a mutually beneficial 'win-win' strategy, the situation would be perceived as more equitable. Regrettably, the reality appears to be quite different.
