@1qp , yep, I'm a witness to the creative BS.
@337 you must spend an inordinate amount of time on your knees, and not in prayer.
@337 OK manager man. Drink that Red Staples kool-Aid. SLT and AVPs are so out of touch with customers of today.
I agree about ranking Texas leaders. Start with BS. That guy is pretentious dou--e bag that only hires woman.
After that, go north to other AVPs that will steal your ideas and tell you to start your career over. Fu--ing cu-ts.
@OP here’s a grand idea…let’s all rate the higher ups and management. Texas is overdue for taking out the trash!!
Ummm...it is called Annual Review period. If you work somewhere that doesn't rank employees you probably won't be in business very long. Also, if you are worried about the ranking then you must su*k and you know your on your way out anyway. Good employees love ranking - it shows how good we are vs you people who whine behind a keyboard. Do something to help the company - that will protect your job.
@tz you only rank to build your hr file for layoffs. Period the end. It’s not a developmental exercise never has been. Not one training and development exercise has come out of any of these rankings. Been a VP for over 20 plus years with this company. Stop fronting. You sound foolish.
What a weak a-s organization with people that are too scared to leave. Fu--ing bounce you kumquats.
Yeah. Crazy idea. Rank employees based on performance and competencies. How evil.
There is only one reason for a ranking to competencies and performance at this company. This is a CYA exercise to avoid lawsuits when they layoff. Period!
And so it begins…..
I can confirm this for STS.
This isn't new. The Directors meet with HR to rank their associates and impact if laid off. This has been a normal process for many many years. Layoffs will happen as they do every 6 months or so.
Unfortunately this is true
