Has anyone heard about Optum starting another round of layoffs? And if there are changes coming with the ISNP model to include fewer RNs and new AI models?

Sales are waaaaaay down in ISNP, and people are quitting left and right. Morale is at an all time low. The leaders are the worst ever. The guy now running it has boasted about his management skills coming from reading books (leasdership for dummies?), and is personally named in a federal lawsuit brought by a former employee whistleblower, The state attorney generals office of Georgia, and the United States of America for corruption, numerous violations of CMS rules and regs.

Competition is eating them away, business partners hate, and I mean literally hate them, I mean like ISNP is like death by a thousand cuts at this point. Now look at the stock price and financial performance of all of UHG? This thing is doomed!!
Everyone should look at OCM. That is an automated tool for UR clinical reviews. It reportedly needs a fraction of the staff once it is fully operational.
Lots of changes to both IESNP and ISNP
First the Regional VP Terry W quit, so that leaves only Cheryl D as a VP of ISNP and Kim P has on-call and IESNP, likely to pick up some of ISNP.
This is bad news, as IESNP has tanked under Kim's horrible leadership and the DCO of IESNP who doesn't know anything about leadership. Most IESNP leaders CSM level have quit and moved on, in Oregon the replacement is horrible.
ISNP, anticipate higher caseloads up to 210 per APC and nurse dyad, IESNP to follow suit.
Rumor is that IESNP is going to be shuttered at end of year. They won't tell anyone this until Oct when they must tell the patients by law. Not surprising. The IESNP VP is a blowhard and their DCO is clueless and a liar. Neither are qualified though the VP acts like she is smart, she is so unorganized and can't figure out things. This program worked and was financially successful before they came then BAM it died.
ISNP keeps getting hit by competitors. Longevity last year literally took 5-6 states away and it looks like has a similar plan for 2026. Expansion plans for ISNPs will be shared by CMS in Summer, and Optum is always on the loosing side. Terry W leaving is an obvious sign of risk, he was there for 20+ years.
