What about EPSP(RPP, 5% macth conpany put) and RSU? Do they vest those or all those are gone????

It is basically one month per year of service, but I am sure there is a ceiling to this.
Along with that you will get your current pay until June 1st.

Severance is really bad. Up to 9 months if you have 20+ years of experience.
Look below (left years) (right payment in months)
0-1 1
1-4 2
5-9 3
10-11 4
12-13 5
14-15 6
16-17 7
18-19 8
20+ 9.
That’s basically it with severance. No WARN act. No reemployment which is not contingent upon signing the severance. They do provide healthcare depending on YOE. And finally the pro rated bonus gets paid out the following year.
