What is going on here? UNH shares suspend guidance and Witty resigns. Yet, CVS which uses the same overutilized Medicare Advantage Plans reports blow-out earnings. What is going on? Yes, it matters. Layoffs follow declining earnings.

CVS is done, just like UNH is, and the HHS as well as the CMS and DOJ should investigate both these big fraudster companies for PBM and Medicare Advantage frauds (Aetna subsidiary of CVSH). Also, the DOJ and the US' AG should take them to court in all the US states for deliberately hiding the U & CP (Usual and Customary pricing) for patients having commercial or government insurance. Some states are already suing CVSH, and it needs to be extended to all the states for ripping off hundreds of millions of patients across the country.
Medicare Fraud. UNH. And so it begins
UNH stock was buoyed years ago due to the AARP tie in.
UHC actually has more problems than CVS. Scary but true.
When I first saw the CVS stock price the first thing that came to mind was "Is Karen Back?".
