I like my job. It's perfect for me. The very thought of losing it is making me hyperventilate. I have no idea what to do. Every single delivery service is laying off thousands of employees. If I'm laid off and have to go back to dashing or ubering, I honestly don't know how I'm going to stay sane.

I would pivot to Data Center jobs with a GC or EC. They pay up to 200K with 3-4K of per-diam on top of that.
Fedex Express is shifting everything over to Fedex Ground. Fedex Ground are contract workers so the company does not have to pay benefits.
Use the skills you have to apply for jobs in other industries. You're not limited to just doing delivery.
What is it about your job that you like? That it's outside of an office? There are "field" jobs which might suit you, so try applying at other places. Maybe you might actually like working in an office? Your skills with your present job can be easily transferred to an office job (since it takes more than driving to do delivery...you have to be on top of the scheduling, relaying delivery/other info. electronically, being reliable, etc.) Maybe try sales? Or service technician for solar, utilities companies, etc.?
