Cisco needs to seriously hit a lot of front line management this go round. They should be apart of 5-7% that will be impacted this quarter. Expect 10-15% for the Q4 cut as the economy downturns.

Those garbage directors are elite of BS, they can fool Cisco none technical G.M. Breed their own kind as P.E. I suggest you stay low, tuck your tail, especially those guys with age and family to feed.

These re-orgs and changes are paycheck justifications for VP levels and above. When there is no real work and innovation, management keeps themselves busy with re-orgs.
