They should have laid off low performers and given raises to the rest of us, instead they pi---d off the entire company!

Union in BC Canada just signed new contract. They for 6 per cent for 2024 and 2 for 2025 and 2 for 2026. Things are getting better.
This garbage has been going on for years here. Now they are just being more arrogant and noticeable.
