Well Capitalism, and a whole series of lawsuits dating back a hundred years make it basically a mandate that CEO's have to put the shareholders interests above all else. So in turn they also wanna pay him a ton of money to make sure he keeps the stock up. Nevermind the fact that it shows the last year that the exec's of UHG dumped stock just before the stock drops.

His pay is approved by shareholders, if you don’t agree with his payment, you should vote against it in the next shareholder meeting. You can join it online if you are a shareholder.
Don’t be jealous. If you take his position, you would be paid same, even you could be far worse than him. That’s what he is paid even he hasn’t done anything, 300x as much as your paycheck. So get off the internet and go back to work to get your next paycheck, su---r.
