There are no layoffs. Ford is going through cleaning house process and fire all poor performers.

Best part is when they sabotage or you report or something they try to dig up dirt and hire investigators and try to blackmail you into accepting false truths because they are contestable if you look closer
The firings in 2019, 2022 and 2023 didn’t seem to have anything to do with performance.
If they did, they didn’t tell the people before, during or after they were fired.
You would think that with the whole performance review process Ford had, they would have given the people some warning that their performance was lacking, and given them a chance to do better.
Anyone considering working for Ford needs to know this. Ford no longer tells you if they don’t like the job you’re doing. They just sit quietly and then fire you out of the blue.

LOL. Everyone laid off is a poor performer until it happens to you.
Takes a lot of courage to come out and trust the performance review process enough to say that poor ratings actually match poor performance.
