I don’t believe OP got the memo that Intel is the best.
Research and HVM are two different beasts.
Taiwan is an independent country with large US production at full capacity. This economic reality will only strengthen the relationship between these 2 sovereign countries and the PRC dictator on the sideline
Keep in mind that this is the same country that once had leaded-gasoline vehicles driving over tea leaves to dry them out.
