I was let go for performance but I feel I was discriminated. Anyone fell for this also? I know others were able to move around and it seems that's the norm but I was not able to find a spot to move. Thanks,..

Your post is very vague, what type of discrimination are you implying ?
Age
S-x
Race
The company has laid off white, black, asian, latino workers so I doubt .
Religious
Stop throwing out the race card. You just aren’t a good worker, that’s all. Grow up.
Layoffs are NOT about employee work performance or company financial performance. They are an opportunity to get rid of high earners or people managers don't like without having to worry about s-xual, racial or age discrimination. In fact, I personally know several SVP's who were past retirement age and who asked to be laid off so they could get 52 weeks of severance package and retire for good. SSC used them to show the ages of people who got laid off varied from 20's to 60's.
Having said that, if you feel you were high performer and were targeted because of discrimination or retaliation, you may have a case and can file a federal complaint at EEOC or at Massachusetts MCAD.

You left out some important facts, how long were you there at the company ?
Were your other performance reviews good or bad.
Finally during this 20+ layoff phase the company has let go the brightest and most
talented workers.
You have to be pretty incompetent to be let go for performance.
Unless you do something over the top in terms of harassment or inappropriate, it takes a solid 6-12 months to get terminated.
I have seen people spoken to and written up 5-6 times before even being put on an IPP, after that you get at least 1 more chance before they actually fire you.
