Anyone know why there is a 48 hour pow wow on site and remotely for people team? Planning the next round?

The org changes we are hearing about Nov 6 and 7. ECS is going to be dissolved eventually because we have minimal ability to function efficiently. Too many avp, directors, and cooks in the kitchen with nothing to offer. Waste of space and dominated by white faces.
Are these changes affecting UHC side as well?
