Misogynistic managers at vmware

misogynistic managers at vmware

Misogyny is a disease. It is pathetic to have men look down to women. It is inhuman and should be classified as mental illness.

I have been at vmware for several years. I have suffered from male dominance. My male manager kept shutting my up by techniques that I come to understand later. I was awaken quite late that he and his management chain are misogynistic.

Unfortunately this manager and his manager are still there at Vmware. With all-male managers reporting to him. In the whole organization. It is male chauvinist.

I reached out to Ethics point (Etica) and complaint. Anonymously because I know that these misogynists will come after me. I felt oppressed for years until I left that Organization. I am still at vmware. I will fight until I see justice in these misogynists.

For all women at vmware, be aware of the male dominance at vmware. You know that. Look around and see the management chain. See if your manager is one. You would not know until you examine the facts.

Write to Etica anonymously and make it reality for them to realize we are not under their feet.

No one else has ever had a sh---y boss with psychological issues.

How is this at all possible!

Absurd.

You may want to call NASA and let them know about this unusual activity in the universe.

"Show me a history of lynching, poor voting rights, being sold and oppressed."

So you admit that the current discrimination against whites is simply payback for past discrimination against blacks. Fine, thanks for your honesty.

Until the company or executives start caring about people like they care about money, none of these things matter.

DEI is baked into their compensation, so you see, it doesn’t matter.

Assh0les will be as-----s.

Your job, should you choose to accept it, it to find a job where you don’t work for assh0les. If you are working for as-----s and are competent in tech, you should have no problem find a job. Especially if you are a woman. Those applicants go straight to the top of the pile.

Show me a history of lynching, poor voting rights, being sold and oppressed. short answer to your insensitive question.

I could care less about pods. They are as effective as EPIC2 values. Until the company or executives start caring about people like they care about money, none of these things matter.

I hate this for you. I retained an attorney. Multi-plaintiff lawsuit coming soon. Silence helps no one. I hope things get better for you.

My story is similar. My boss is the nastiest. I am surprised a class action lawsuit isn’t happening or hasn’t happened. Forget about Broadcom.

VMware is not safe for women.
