Siemens Health, AG, Energy are all hiring but turnover is close to 90% after 12 months. They are struggling financially and extremely volatile. Recently deployed massive automation software platforms eliminating finance jobs, engineering, administration and Management is next!!!

I was hired less than a year ago and laid off without much notice. I did not know things were this unstable in Siemens else I wouldn't have joined in the first place. Lousy company and lousiest culture I have seen!

what Siemens unit is doing all these layoffs? Because here in DISW, there's been aggressive hiring in US, Ireland, Germany. Fiscal year 2022 ended profitably and head of HR said we'll be getting raises. Knock on wood but so far so good.

Everything is being centralized in India displacing U.S. workers. The software platforms are a mess and communication barrier’s between U.S and India are disastrous. The company will likely sell off certain sectors or dissolve in the coming years.
