My manager and supervisor both use male manipulation of women because they believe we don't complain and are more agreeable.they overstep the mark on duties and try charm us into doing two or three different roles.they seem to fear the male workers and almost never select them for projects etc.sick of this conniving duo,shame on them.

DEI haha…. Nothing waters HR and waters does supports DEI.

The only thing waters LT wants from DEI perspective is to steal American jobs and ship them to oohdits home country.

Besides tariffs they are having troubles
Flat sales over the last two years suggest it must find different ways to grow during this cycle
Absence of organic revenue growth over the past two years suggests it may have to lean into acquisitions to drive its expansion
Shrinking returns on capital suggest that increasing competition is eating into the company’s profitability.

I'd give it till Xmas.in the meantime you should be looking at the bigger players in pharma within ireland. They will find it difficult to shift operations.waters relatively speaking in ireland are small and wouldn't have much problem shifting much of its manufacturing. sectorial tariffs have yet to be announced so it's a wait and see.
