Good Riddance! Unfortunately the damage she caused is beyond repair at this point.

I left in 2021 and it was a hard thing to do after ten years. ZG put in place a much more corrupt system than I'd seen before I just didn't realize it at the time. bold-faced lies in terms of what was achievable within a given time frame and what the outcomes would be. To make it worse the lack of performance was blamed on the front-line teams when they were starved of the resources needed to perform. and they largely wanted to do better but it was all a fugazi. I don't believe mgmt ever had any ambition or intention of accomplishing the lofty goals. it was a smokescreen. enough handwaving to allow for the untold millions to be funneled between mgmt, investors, as well as the likes of BCG and McKinsey. Quite the racket. but those as the top profited mightily while those at the bottom and middle did well to just keep going getting paid less for doing more work. Quite the deal makers I guess..

everything became divorced from reality and an exercise in finding the yes-men/women who would parrot the reality she wished existed. but GG brought her in and the rest of management were equally corrupt and liable for their actions. They knew exactly and likely coordinated for exactly this outcome. this wasn't an accident or an unfortunate outcome. it is exactly what was planned to happen. the gutting of an organization and now the parting of it out will continue in earnest.

I don't believe there are any good guys here. at least at the top. there is a fraternity of the absurdly wealthy. they have a lot, and they want evermore. and they'll take it from you. your livelihood, your dignity, your career. they don't care about you. you are an aberration on their way toward domination.

at least in their minds they are above you. Do you think twice when stepping over and on top an ant hill of industrious workers. no of course not. That is how they view you. Disposable, inconsequential.

P66 moved from being a company that sought to provide great outcomes for the employees and communities they operated in to one solely focused on the upper tranche of management's compensation and investor returns which was the corrupt bargain they struck. siphon off the wealth to the investor class while they in turn turned a blind eye to the ridiculous compensation they were granting themselves.

All birds come back to roost. It's sad that a company that provided a fleeting livelihood for its employees has turned into yet another graveyard of vulture capitalism. I only wish for the quick and final demise of a once great organization.

So meet the new boss. Same as the old boss. Good luck and god speed because the walls are coming tumbling crumbling down. We're in free-fall. You just haven't slammed into the ground yet.

ZG has stolen enough via laundering through consulting firms. She's heading out before Elliott throws her out.
