Got additional work added on my plate after the last RIF. It’s getting to the point that it’s getting out of hand with zero support.
How can you deal with this?

Management positions su-k here. Unrealistic expectations, terrible culture (starting from the top, "leadership shadow" much?), many of us are stuck having to fumble for words to help improve culture and create growth plans knowing full well growth is all offshore. All of this WHILE we are held accountable for high survey results. Many of us do not receive information to drive goals or growth within the organization unless you count "have US-based employees build cool new innovative toys and hand that off to Ireland-based teams to claim on their value proposition". And please do not be too pushy or direct or risk receiving a bad rating in ELT rating callibration calls with no actionable feedback. AND SMILE, DA---T, ON CAMERA.
They get 40 hours, unless they are paying for more. Leadership's unwillingness to staff to cover the work that they have taken on is not your problem.
If you are evaluated on the inventory volume/speed/accuracy of your work, make a point at each status communication that you are meeting/exceeding goal. If you are evaluated based on project TAT, hit/beat your times and call it out in your ticket/status updates.
Cut decisions are made by Finance, not Operations, like 90+% of the time, and believe me, Finance has exactly zero visibility of, or really, interest into what the individuals on your team actually do.
This is why they've had to try to unwind so many cuts the last few rounds. People are wearing so many hats that a cut BSA, for example, may not just be a BSA, but also the sole remaining business liaison for an SLA tied function, or is the last remaining SME in the org for an undocumented process that is upstream from VAST amounts of inventory.
If there are no people for the work just let it sit not your problem. Working hard is worthless at this organization
Gotta get into a management position where you can just laze around and grift about how great AI is, but unfortunately they're not taking Americans for those positions.
