Take it as a blessing in disguise. Qcom is a sweat shop, especially the PTE group. Plus, you get pigeon-holed doing the same thing over and over, limiting your knowledge breadth. Best to stay away.

Usually in Q candidate is already selected! Rest is just a formality to give some interviews and reject so you were select to get rejected. So that they can create a funnel
